Breads & Preserves – Hands on

Time: 10am  – 2pm
In this experience you’ll be making traditional Irish soda bread, scones and a crusty white loaf of yeast bread. You’ll also learn the beautiful art of jam and chutney making to recreate when you get home.
It won’t take long until you have your own pantry shelves lined with pots from your garden and hedgerow harvest.
Once you are finished baking and preserving in the kitchen you will be invited to take a seat a around the dining room table to enjoy a sample of what you have made.

Allergies & Booking Policy
*Cloughan Farm is a small business with just one kitchen. Vegetarian options are available so please make us aware when booking. We are however are unable to cater for specific allergies.
*We use fresh flowers and burning candles to decorate our cookery school.

All Cloughan Farm experience bookings are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances unless an event is cancelled by Cloughan Farm Cookery School.
If you cannot attend your workshop or event after making a booking you cannot transfer your booking to another date. However, your may transfer your booked experience to any friend of your choice. To make transfer please email info@fionaegan.com to request transfer.
