After the big man himself, Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without delicious home baked goodies and festive desserts. When you arrive at Cloughan Farm & Cookery School you’ll be greeted with a warm glass of mulled wine along with some tasty little seasonal morsels.
In the kitchen we’ll get hands on creating a delicious dessert suitable for the festive season. A lip licking ice cream that you can have made ahead just encase that unexpected visitor might decide to call. We’ll also teach you how to make some Chutneys and Pickle for your Christmas cheese platter, nibbles and canapes, and of course you’ll also make an array of one and two bite savoury morsels. At the end of the evenings the fruits of your labour will be beautifully ribboned and bowed to do as you please but just before your head out the door we’ll all sit back and relax with a cuppa and cake..
