To be able to bake a cake for friends & family is just special. Passing on the skills of home baking is something I am very proud of in our Fabulous Baking & Desserts workshop.
Guided by Fiona, you will learn how to make light & fluffy cakes & sponges, sinful desserts with all the trimmings and delicious seasonal puddings.
You’ll be armed with an array of deliciousness to take home & enjoy where I’m sure you’ll have eagerly awaiting family or friends, or both when they hear your off on a hands on baking & desserts experience.

You Will Enjoy

  • Welcome: Tea or coffee with our signature homemade scones, cream & jam on arrival.
  • Hands-On: A guided baking & dessert making experience in the kitchen with Fiona.
  • Q&A: Opportunities to ask questions and gather advice throughout the workshop.
  • Recipe Pack: A full recipe booklet to follow along and take home.
  • Ingredients & Equipment: Ingredients and equipment included.
  • Lunch: A seasonal 2 course lunch cooked from scratch in our kitchen
  • Farm Shop:  The opportunity to purchase our homemade Jams & Chutneys, Dexter beef boxes as well as our gift vouchers. Card facility  available
  • Take Home: Your cakes & desserts

Allergies & Booking Policy

*Cloughan Farm is a small business with just one kitchen. Vegetarian options are available so please make us aware when booking. We are however are unable to cater for specific allergies.

*We use fresh flowers and burning candles to decorate our cookery school.

Booking & Cancelation Policy:      

Bookings only excepted via our online platform

All Cloughan Farm experience bookings are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances unless an event is cancelled by Cloughan Farm Cookery School.

If you cannot attend your workshop or event after making a booking you cannot transfer your booking to another date. However, your may transfer your booked experience to any friend of your choice. To make transfer please email info@fionaegan.com to request transfer.
