Niamh Flannelly – Winter Gardening

Time: 11am – 3pm

Reflection, Rest & Kitchen Table Connection
Led by Niamh Flannelly, Assistant Kitchen Gardener at the world renowned Ashford Castle and one of Ireland’s most respected horticulturists.
Niamh will share practical winter garden techniques and seasonal sowings, alongside a warm and encouraging reflective conversation on the trials and triumphs of the year gone by. This gathering offers a gentle reminder to embrace mistakes as lessons, release perfectionism, and welcome the natural slowing down of both garden and mind.
Following our garden session and conversation, enjoy a seasonal cookery demonstration with Fiona and Niamh using fresh garden bounty, before gathering around our dining table to share a delicious 2 course lunch celebrating good food, connection, and the fruits of our labour.
