I’m always confused as to what to call this class but I want this class to be about delicious wholesome food.

I want to get back to basics but with a delicious modern twist suitable as midweek meals or for entertaining friends at weekend using the same store cupboard ingredients.

In this class you’ll be cooking & baking, soups, main courses, pastry and desserts.

On The Day:
*Welcome tea/coffee and our delicious home baked scones fresh from the oven served with Cloughan Farm preserves.
*Getting hands on in the kitchen while also enjoying demonstrations from Fiona.
*Lunch in our dinning room
*Full recipe pack to take home
*Most importantly, lots of fun
