Fish is such a beautifully elegant ingredient to work with and even though fish and shellfish are a firm favourite for many  on restaurant menus, some of us find these delicious, delicate ingredients a little intimidating to create at home.

In this class we focus on how to select, prepare and cook an array of fish and shellfish. We will show you budding cooks how to fillet as well as steaming, pan frying, sauces, accompaniments and lots more.

After a day in the kitchen students will have learned the essential basic knowledge & principles of cooking fish and leave confident enough to cook all sorts of varieties at home.
