Your morning will begin with a warm welcome from myself followed by our freshly baked scones with tea & coffee. Once you get started with Helena, our kitchen will be busy preparing a delicious lunch for you to enjoy during your basket making class.
At Cloughan Farm we want to give you a day of relaxation, a day to allow yourself discover your creative energy, to reconnect with food and nature and enjoy learning the ancient craft of willow weaving.

We are once again delighted to welcome Helena to Cloughan Farm & Cookery School for this beautiful day. Learning the skills of hand weaving and providing students with the opportunity to work with natural materials is something that we are so very proud of and I’m sure you will be too when you’re heading home with your bespoke basket.
Join Helena Golden Willow Woman to weave your own Bread Basket. Over the course of the day, you will learn the skills of weaving a round willow basket, suitable for use as a bread or fruit basket. This course is suited to beginners or to those who wish to practice the techniques involved in the round basket. Fun and learning guaranteed in the comfortable setting of Cloughan Farm & Cookery School.
All materials and tools provided and each person will finish a round basket to take home. The group will be small to ensure that everyone gets individual attention and support.
