Together, we will explore delicious, wholesome ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside fantastic get ahead meals that you can prepare in batches and pop straight into the freezer for those extra busy days.

    During the class, I will share the exact recipes and planning tips that help take the guesswork out of your weekly shop and make the most of your store cupboard. Having a simple plan and a few dependable, homemade dishes in your repertoire is truly transformative, bringing peace of mind and nourishment to your table all year round.

    To be able to bake a cake for friends & family is just magical. Passing on the skills of home baking is something I am very proud of in our Fabulous Baking & Desserts class.
    In this class you will learn how to make light & fluffy cakes & sponges, sinful desserts with all the trimmings and delicious seasonal puddings.
    You’ll be armed with an array of deliciousness to take home & enjoy where I’m sure you’ll have eagerly awaiting family or friends, or both when they hear your off on a hands on baking & desserts cookery class

    Have you always wanted to invite friends over for a weekend dinner party or gather around the dining room table for a special occasion?
    In this hands on class Fiona will have you preparing, cooking and plating up a 3 course meal plus get all the tips on how to set and style your dining table for that truly atmospheric and memorable gathering .
    In the kitchen seasonal menus and recipes will be followed as Fiona guides you through your culinary creations right to the plate. They’ll be lots of helpful tips and suggestions too!
    In the dining room we’ll take some time to do the equally important tablescaping to add the final touches before everyone sits down together to enjoy the fruits of your labour.
    You’ll leave full of inspiration and enthusiasm and excited to plan your own dinner party full of deliciousness and confidence

    Fiona will share with you all the tips and hands on experience to learn how to create the perfect mince pies and delicious jars of mincemeat using Fiona’s family recipe. Enjoy labeling and adding seasonal bows and ribbons to your delicious creations and edible gifts.

  • Breads & Preserves – Hands on

    Date: 12th Sept

    Time: 10am  – 2pm

    In this experience you’ll be making traditional Irish soda bread, scones and a crusty white loaf of yeast bread. You’ll also learn the beautiful art of jam and chutney making to recreate when you get home.
    It won’t take long until you have your own pantry shelves lined with pots from your garden and hedgerow harvest.
    Once you are finished baking and preserving in the kitchen you will be invited to take a seat a around the dining room table to enjoy a sample of what you have made.

  • A Taste & Stories of Halloween and The Famine Way 

    Price: €65

    Date: 30th Oct

    Time: 12 noon -4pm

    Your day will begin at Cloughan Farm where you will be welcomed by Fiona and our very special guest, Edel McWeeney from the National Famine Way.   We will then depart just a short 1 km return journey via a mini bus to the National Famine Way. Here we will follow some of the footsteps of 1,490 famine-stricken tenant farmers and their families and gather at the bronze shoes in Abbeyshrule Village. As we do so, we will phause and remember all thoes who traveled the largest heritage trail in the world . Returning back to Cloughan Farm Edel will share the many stories of the tenants under Lord Mahon and also the establishment of the National Famion Musumn and Way .

    Following on from Edels presantion, you will be invited to gather around the dining room table to enjoy a 3 course Autumn/Halloween themed lunch prepared and cooked from scratch by Fiona.
